This notice explains the information used for this website’s demo requests and bookings.
Information you provide
The forms ask for your name and phone number, and may ask for your business name and email. We use those details to respond to your request, run a demo you ask for and arrange a demo.
Where the request goes
Your request is saved in our booking and lead system. An alert containing your submitted details is sent to Roman through Telegram so he can follow up. Booking information includes the selected appointment time.
Interrupted bookings
If a booking response is interrupted, this browser tab keeps your entered details, selected time and the original request so you can check it without submitting a second booking. This temporary copy clears when the request is resolved or the tab is closed.
AI calls
An instant AI demonstration requires your separate agreement to receive an AI-generated phone call. Requesting a demo does not itself start an AI call. Instant AI calls are not currently available on this website.
Website measurement
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and demo-request steps on our public website. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives browser and device information. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Local previews do not send Analytics events.
The website generates measurement events for steps such as opening the form, submitting a request and confirming an appointment. Names, phone numbers and email addresses are kept out of website analytics events. For up to 30 minutes in your browser tab, we remember which page brought you to the form and the referring website’s domain. We also recognize a ChatGPT referral when its link includes that source. We do not retain its full URL or search query. Security checks may process browser and network information to prevent automated abuse.
